About Lynn Care Center

Established in the late 1960s as a 40-bed unit of Warren Memorial Hospital and re-established for long-term care in the late 1970s, Lynn Care Center remains dedicated to providing quality care for patients who need post-hospital rehabilitation and skilled nursing care as well as those with long-term care needs. Our dedicated team of physicians, nurses, therapists, aides, and other healthcare professionals provide personalized and exceptional care that leads to improved recovery times and more thorough healing for our patients.

In 2009, Lynn Care Center was infused with the clinical and physical plant enhancements to take our care and rehabilitation service to the next level.
